PEX - PEX B2 have a purpose of preserving and hydrating all kinds of fish whether they are cut in fillets, slices or any other form. The stabilising and antioxidant functions can prolong the shell life of the fish granting them with a great visual liveliness, increasing the water retention ability of its proteins while conserving all its organoleptic characteristics.

Advantages : The combination of stabilisers and antioxidants prevent and avoid the oxidation of fat of the fish and therefore stopping it from acquiring a yellowish colour.
Method of Application : PEX B2 is presented in a white colour powder which is water-soluble with a slight agitation.
It is applied diluted in water with different dosages of the additive depending on the treated product, and combined with the Pex approximately at a ratio of 1% w / v (weight-volume).
The Pex is presented as a colourless liquid.
Storage : Keep in a cool and dry place and avoid exposure to sunlight.
